The music teachers, Ms. Nancy, Malcom and Adrienne work very hard to teach the kids their songs and fancy moves for the day. On Friday each grade level will be performing a different song. You're in for a super show from the kids, all in under 6 days!

Again the kids played some wet and wild games outdoors. They filled sponge balls with water and tried to tag their team mates. Occasionally the guides and even the teachers became involved in the game....unwillingly :-)




Snack Time

The snack for today was a munchies treat. Cheesy nachos, popcorn, pretzels and lemonade were a hit with the crowd.

Today's snack was a delicious Trail Mix. The kitchen crew was, once again, hard at work making sure every child enjoyed the special treat of the day.

At the Water Park.....



Today the children were drenched as they pass the soaked up sponges overhead in an attempt to fill a bucket at the end of their line, not sure who won in each group, but rest assured that they forgave each other for the soaking.

Children left to their own accord are more likely to forgive when an apology is given, that is a lesson we, as adults, should adopt.

Think about it.....

1. When someone forgives me I feel.....
2. It's hard to forgive someone when ....
3. When I have to apologize even though I DON'T feel sorry, it makes me feel...
4. It's hard to ask for forgiveness when....
5. If nobody ever forgave each other, then...
6. It's a good idea to ask for forgiveness because...

......you fill in the blanks!

Please remember to send a towel with your child. The recreational activity for Day 3 will get them Super Soaked!

Closing Celebration, Friday, June 27th

We will have a family cookout at 5:30 pm followed by the closing ceremony at 7:00 pm. Come for burgers,hotdogs, popcorn, refreshments, and fun activities. Please look for the newsletter sent home with your child today for more information and a short registration form which we will need back as soon as possible. We look forward to seeing everyone on Friday!
